Lime plaster
Hand-troweled in warm cream over real stucco substrate.
Old money. New build. Hand-carved from the ground up.
An estate that looks two hundred years old.
Mediterranean Estate is the language of Palm Beach's most enduring residences — Addison Mizner, Maurice Fatio, the houses that look like they were carved out of a Spanish hillside and shipped to Florida brick by brick. We build them new, but we build them old: hand-troweled lime plaster, antique cotto and terracotta tile, carved limestone mantels, wrought iron worked by hand. Every detail looks like it has a story already.

Reclaimed European cotto, 16th–19th century where possible.
Reclaimed cedar, hand-hewn, axe marks intentional.
Hand-forged chandeliers, balconies, and railings.
Hand-carved mantels, door surrounds, fountain basins.
Distressed leather club chairs that age with use.
Great room with carved limestone fireplace and cedar-beamed ceiling
Loggia opening to courtyard with central fountain
Library with hand-forged iron sconces and oil paintings in gilt frames
Wine cellar as a vaulted brick room
